Delivery Information

Forever Interiors delivers personally when possible. If we cannot due to logistics Forever Interiors will use a bespoke courier team. This removes the risk of damage and failed deliveries caused by every-day couriers. Your goods is in safe hands from the minute it leaves our warehouse to the time is arrives safely in your home.  We will contact you prior to your delivery.All goods are checked and repackaged heavily in high grade bubble wrap and boxed or placed in a crate. Someone will need to sign for the item as proof of delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary according to the product and your delivery destination. We aim to deliver within a 7 working day time scale but please allow up to 14 days and any delays we are made aware of we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is included in the price

Certain areas in RED may incur an additional charge for delivery.

If Your delivery is in a RED area Please seek assistance by email or phone Forever Interiors first before your purchase.

Damage in Transit

If your goods sustain damage during transit. Please inform Forever Interiors within 24 hours either by email sales@foreverinteriors.co.uk or telephone 01702 530266. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the customers choice. We may require photographic evidence

Missing items

Any items that have not arrived on the scheduled date please email sales@foreverinteriors.co.uk or phone 01702 530266 within 48 hours.

Cancellation and returns

If you wish to cancel your order. You can notify us by email or telephone 01702 530266 before we have dispatched the goods to you. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accorance to the following paragraph You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You must acquire a signature when returning goods. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required minus the delivery cost. The right to return the goods to us as referred will not apply unless the goods are returned in its orginal packageing and the item(s) in good condition. Please note. If a item or items has been agreed at a special price by email or phone with the buyer and seller, returns are not permitted after being inspected at time of delivery, unless damaged. The provisions of the above paragraph do not affect your statutory rights.

Forever Interiors uses PayPal and Google Checkout. Payment can be made through PayPal using your debit card, credit card or PayPal account. Payment through PayPal shall be subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions – find out more about how you can shop safely with PayPal here.

We use Paypal Website Payments to order online. You do not need a PayPal account to Order.

You will have the option just to pay with your Debit/Credit card, or PayPal Balance.

Typography

Forever Interiors Has spent time to insure the accuracy and colour of every product. If that product is incorrect due to a typing error in price Forever Interiors has the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Specifications

For colour we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect the colour of the product when the goods have been delivered.

Complaints procedure

If at any time you feel you have cause to complain about our goods or services, we would be pleased to hear from you. Your complaint will be dealt with speedily and efficiently, in order that procedures can be adapted to ensure that the problem does not occur again. Price Match

We reserve the right to discontinue our price match service at any time.

We reserve the right to amend, add or remove requirements regarding aforementioned service.

We reserve the right to refuse a price match for any reason including but not limited to

1. Selling product at matched price would result in financial loss.

2.Selling product at matched price would result in unacceptable profit margin.

Product was mistakenly priced at time of listing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matched products bought by a single customer.

We will not match any products where a transaction for specific product has not taken place ie: free gift, buy-one-get-one-free.

We will not match trade prices.

When ordering via result of price match you agree to be subject to any manufacturing lead times.
